Berserk is shown with reddish orange hair that is spiked at the ends and messy bangs. In contrast to her counterparts clean red hairbow, Berserk’s is shown sticking out in many directions. She also wears a sleeveless hot pink polo top with a red collar and circle in the center, a plaid reddish pink skirt, and white tights and Mary Janes.
Like her good counterpart, she takes on the role of the leader of the group, but uses this role for evil instead of good. As she is a one time character along with Brat and Brute, not much is known about her personality aside from her morals.

Berserk, together with Brat and Brute, was originally intended to appear on the television show. She and the other characters instead made appearances in the comic.
Berserk's bangs look different from the cover and the comic. The spikes on her bangs are spread apart in the cover, but in the comic they're close to each other.
She is the only member that doesn't wear boots. Instead, she wears Mary Janes likes all of the Powerpunk Girls' good counterparts, The Powerpuff Girls. She also doesn't wear bracelets, unlike her sisters.
Berserk's name doesn't seem to have a consonant digraph in her name. Usually, the leader of the group like Blossom and Brick from the Rowdyruff Boys, have consonant digraphs in their names but Berserk does not. Instead, Brat and Brute have the digraphs in their names in contrast to Bubbles and Buttercup.
Despite the ingredients that created the girls never being shown, the commonly accepted fan version is that they were made of Salt, Vinegar and Everything Nasty, with Everything Nasty being Berserk’s signature ingredient.
